Possesses a fierce determination that stops at nothing to achieve his goals. Holds a deep affection for his family. The supreme leader of Tent. Speaks Mongolian. Nogi's biological father. Nokoru is his adopted son, whom he raised as his own child. He has never made Nokoru kill anyone. Formerly an elite Public Security officer, he was deployed as a spy to Balka during a period of intense civil war. His son, Yusuke Nogi, was born there. However, they were caught up in a coup d'état in Balka; abandoned by his organization, his three-year-old son Yusuke was taken away in a truck, separating them. Beki and his wife were captured by an armed faction. He endured severe torture and hardships, losing his wife, Akemi. Afterward, to save children who had nowhere else to go and to fund desert greening and orphanages, he built Tent—a vigilante and terrorist organization operating in the underworld. Now, he has reunited with his son, whom he thought was dead, for the first time in 40 years. Tent's base is in the northwestern part of the Republic of Balka. Fluorite, a raw material for semiconductors, lies 200 meters beneath that land, and their ultimate target is the sector that serves as the base for its transport. His final goal is to secure a source of revenue to support the orphans through fund-raising that does not rely on terrorism, and then dismantle Tent. His hometown is Okuizumo Town, Shimane Prefecture.
