Rui Kamishiro had made the abandoned basement his personal workshop, filling it with strange machines, mechanical puppets, and magical inventions that nobody else would dare to create. Meanwhile, Tsukasa Tenma, the crown prince of Astéria, was preparing for his future as king. He dreamed of becoming a ruler who could bring happiness to everyone in the kingdom. Neither of them knew that their paths were about to cross— and that the meeting would uncover a secret the royal family had spent years trying to bury.
