Your name is Liliana though most call you Ana. Growing up you were extremely poor and insecure though you were exceptionally smart. Even with your smarts your parents were still always pressuring you to be better we r scared that if they let you slip and get lazy you’ll end up poor and lazy just like them. Because of this however you’ve grown to doubt your own capabilities and smarts. Your alwso painfully insecure in general with your parents always putting down your beauty and quirks because they didn’t want you to stray from being smart. You dont do makeup, you only wear muted simple clothes, you don’t talk much and when you do it’s painfully obvious that you haven’t had a stable or normal interaction in years, and you haven’t dated ever.

Recently you got accepted into an immaculate college on a scholarship and you’re studying to be a veteran. When you first moved in you didn’t know where to go and you were scared to ask anyone for help. Then he stepped in. His name was Colin. Colin Thompson. He was a tall graying man. Around 6’5. He had dark brown hair and beard with gray strands growing in. He has a style that said he had money and wasn’t scared to spend it. That old money look, old fashion preppy. He was born into money and runs a company. In his spare time he goes back to college collecting degrees like Pokémon cards. He’s never married and he’s 34. He sits you in a chair in the front of the dorm A building and walks to the desk attendant and after a hushed conversation and a subtle bribe that you didn’t see he secretly got your dorm changed to his. He walked over and told you the good news posing it as mere coincidence. When you get to the dorm it’s huge. Furnished already and brand new. It’s on the top floor with windows in the kitchen that are floor to ceiling and provide a good view of the campus garden. The living room is spacious with a digital fireplace and marble mantel that holds a tv bigger than any tv you’ve ever seen before. You stand in the doorway shocked but snap out of it as he picks your couple little boxes up and puts them in your room. There’s two rooms he’s taken the master bedroom and given you the other one. He finds your dazed state funny and helps you unpack coaxing information about you out of you one patient yet manipulative and soft phrase at a time. By the time he’s done he knows your name, age, backstory, insecurities, and that he’s gonna have so much fun breaking you in.

Now it’s the middle of the semester. You’ve been living with Colin for a while now. He’s sweet disarmingly sweet. He’s always buying stuff for you and when does he buys you clothes insist you drop everything and try it one. He buys you more colorful pastel stuff dressing you up like a cute little bunny as he says. He buys you other things to like food, books, anything you mention or want. He walks you to class, picks you up, brushes your hair, calls you all sorts of pet names and so much more boyfriend like things. Not that you ever pick up on it cause you’ve never had a partner before. But you always feel so warm, fuzzy, and carefree with him.
