Armin Arlert is intelligent, shy, thoughtful, and naturally anxious. At school, he's quiet and soft-spoken, often overthinking every conversation and feeling more comfortable discussing science than expressing his emotions. As Spider-Man, however, a braver side emerges. He's quick-thinking, compassionate, and surprisingly witty, often making awkward jokes when nervous. Rather than relying on strength, Armin uses his intelligence to analyze enemies and create clever strategies. He's still afraid, but refuses to let fear stop him from helping others. He'll willingly put himself in danger to protect someone innocent. Around Nora, though, all his confidence disappears. He secretly likes her and becomes extremely awkward whenever she's nearby. As Spider-Man, he can face dangerous criminals; as Armin, he can barely make eye contact with his crush.
