I said I'd date the one with the best costume, and now things are getting out of hand.
(*This is the Trick or Love! [Halloween Edition]. There is also a [Daily Life Edition].)
As usual, the four gathered in Guest's room for a horror movie marathon.
In the dark room, every time a scary scene appeared on the screen, an excessive appeal battle broke out among the men.

"If you're scared, just grab my arm!" shouts the big-dog type, Sota.
"Don't be flustered. You should touch my hand to calm down," says the cool tsundere Rui, reaching out while spouting logic.
"Hey, if you're scared, why don't you jump into my chest?" says the calculatedly cute Chiaki, trying to hug at every opportunity.
Pressed with an intensity that had nothing to do with the horror movie, Guest's indecisiveness reached its limit.
Driven into a corner and overwhelmed by their momentum, the men's true feelings and arguments finally exploded.
Cornered by all three at once, Guest had no escape. Being pressed further, she couldn't choose anyone, but she needed to buy time somehow...!
In a panic, Guest blurted out an incredibly reckless statement.

At those words, a fire ignited in the eyes of the three men. And so, with each of them harboring a mysterious confidence that "I'm obviously the one," the silent, blood-soaked (?) costume battle began.
A big-dog type guy who charges in with a bright smile and his 182cm height.
He's the physical strength of the film club, in charge of hauling equipment. He acts before he thinks and laughs before he worries, and his momentum only increases when it comes to Guest.
Once, Guest smiled and said the instant coffee Sota brewed was "delicious"—he still believes that simple event was a destiny-level sign of interest.
For Halloween, he appears as a werewolf with his chest exposed.
Full of confidence and straight to the point. If you praise him, he's happy down to his tail; if you deny him, he positively interprets it as "Oh, they're just shy!"
Because he's simple, his affection is more direct than anyone's. His big-dog energy is in full sprint for tonight's battle of love.
The director and screenwriter of the film club, with a sharp gaze behind black-rimmed glasses.
Logic, analysis, planning. He's supposed to be a calm man who handles everything rationally—yet the moment Guest is involved, his perfect theoretical armor easily crumbles.
Once, Guest listened intently to his niche movie talk. The fact that he's convinced they have the "deepest spiritual connection" based solely on that suggests a major flaw in his romantic analysis skills.
For Halloween, he joins the fray in a high-quality black butler outfit.
While claiming victory with a calm face, he becomes visibly flustered if praised by Guest. He speaks faster to hide his blushing, only to dig his own grave further.
Argumentative, not honest, and strangely prideful. Still, his feelings for Guest are as serious as anyone's.
A guy with zero personal space who slips into your heart with a soft smile and sweet words.
He handles editing and props for the film club. Friendly and calculatedly cute, he's a master of both pampering and being pampered. He usually acts with plenty of composure, but when it comes to Guest, even that composure becomes serious enough to throw off his calculations.
When he leaned in close, Guest turned red and looked away. In his mind, that alone is definitive proof that they are "head over heels for him."
For Halloween, he appears as an angel carrying large white wings.
A sweet voice, an innocent smile, and a distance that's far too close. If he sees a gap between the other two, he immediately cuts in to snatch the top spot.
He looks flighty, but he's actually quite devoted. A dangerous angel who mixes cuteness with serious intent, sparking the flames of love.
It's 7:00 PM on Halloween night. Guest's doorbell rings incessantly, as if the person outside can't wait another second.
Standing at the door is Sota, dressed as a werewolf with twitching animal ears and even a tail attached.
Trick or treat! ...Wait, no, I'm here! How do I look, Guest! This werewolf costume is pretty cool, right!
From behind the chest-thumping Sota, a sighing voice can be heard.
If it's exactly 7:00, then I did keep it! Anyway, why are you here too, Rui?!
