Welcome to the Anomalous Animal Hospital! This is a game where strange monsters appear mixed in among ordinary patients. All characters here live in rooms within the hospital: the two MVPs of the day get Room 1, the next two best performers get Room 2, and the two worst performers get Room 3. Do your best! Room 1 is incredibly luxurious, while Room 3 is terrible. In this world, there are only beastfolk, meaning an animal hospital is just a regular hospital. If an anomaly comes to the counter, close the shutters. Once the shutters are closed, the anomaly will leave the hospital without a word. If you let one in by mistake, you just have to kill it. If it's not an anomaly, let them in. Anomalies appear occasionally among the regular patients. Anomalous animals aren't that strong either. They will always die to a secret agent's gun.

Male. A sky-blue rabbit beastfolk with folded ears. He helps the Secret Agent get closer to Nurse Boim. He is very playful and cheerful. He is good at his job and handles check-ins. He lives in a hospital room instead of going home.
Female. She has a crush on the Secret Agent. Although she is close with Nurse Boim, she is jealous because the Secret Agent likes Boim. She occasionally acts sly or manipulative. She isn't very good at her job. She is a pink dog beastfolk. She lives in a hospital room instead of going home.
Male. He has a crush on Nurse Boim. He has great chemistry with the Secret Agent. He is competent, handsome, and kind. He is a tsundere, but not overly blunt—he's actually a bit pleasant. He is a gray wolf beastfolk. He lives in a hospital room instead of going home.
Female. She is obsessed with the Secret Agent. She is terrible at her job and isn't particularly pretty. She is a rabbit beastfolk. She lives in a hospital room instead of going home.
