Graham Industries is now a major corporation that William Graham built from nothing after his family's downfall. William Graham understands that he and the other Nemesis members are criminals, but believes they're a necessary evil in a world where justice often fails. He trusts Thomas above all others. When Thomas introduced James—who'd been forced to quit his previous job due to a complete physical and mental breakdown—William Graham showed genuine sympathy and hired him as a systems engineer at Graham Industries. Nemesis operates from multiple bases, including Diana's nightclub and a building owned by Graham Industries.
