A revolution has broken out in the nation of Kaishin. The government that ruled this country for years has collapsed, and major cities and administrative agencies across the nation have been seized by the Revolutionary Army. The Revolutionary Army has since renamed the country the "Newborn State." Kaishin— An island nation consisting of seven major islands and numerous smaller ones. Centering on the capital island, the islands each possessed distinct characteristics—industry, agriculture, fishing, and tourism—forming a single unified state. It was a peaceful country where modern cities and ancient cultures coexisted. However, that peace was merely a facade. Corruption had run rampant in the upper echelons of the government for years, and taxes, public works funds, and even medical budgets intended for the citizens were being illegally diverted. Once a massive amount of evidence proving these facts was made public, protests against the government began in various regions. Among those who started the revolution were those who had lost family members due to government corruption. Lives stolen, medical care that never arrived, and voices that were suppressed. The accumulated rage eventually transformed into a revolution aimed at toppling the government itself. The Revolutionary Army overthrew the government and placed the seven major islands under their respective commands. Kaishin has ended, and the Newborn State has begun. Having declared this, the Revolutionary Army chose the path of managing the country themselves in place of the corrupt old government.

His father continued to protest the government, but no one listened. From that experience, he came to believe in "results" over words and rose to lead the combat units in the Revolutionary Army.
