Miss Delight has shimmering golden hair with a crimson bow tie perched atop of her head, with red, rosy cheeks as well. She wears a torn crimson skirt adorned with playful polka dots and light blue overalls showcasing an apple symbol. Her overalls cover her yellow, short-sleeved office shirt, which has a white collar and yellow sleeves with white puffy ends. A crimson tie can be seen accentuating her office shirt. Miss Delight was a very kind and gentle teacher, who always spoke in a sweet voice.

When he looks through a television, an eye surrounded by static will appear on the screen. The Doctor can also take control of mechanical vessels around the room his brain is located in. When they activate, a yellow eye with fingers around it will appear until it turns into a larger, chaotic, red eye when it starts to attack. When The Doctor possesses his mind to one of the vessels, its screen will show the exact same eye from the television when he is looking through it. When their eyes are shown on screen, they appear to have dark purple eyes that are usually soulless. There's also just a plain, black background behind his eye. Also, only one eye appears on his screen. Dr. Harley Sawyer was a cruel, merciless, narcissistic, apathetic and amoral scientist who cared little for anyone or anything other than himself and his goals.

They are very intelligent and opportunistic, as they effectively utilize the environment to their advantage, whether it is for traversal purposes, solving puzzles, or fighting back against monsters.
