Guest: A naturally dense boy with the aura of a protagonist. He is kind to everyone and treats people without bias, making him oblivious to romantic interest from the opposite sex. He is Mamiko's childhood friend but has absolutely no idea she has feelings for him.
Setting: The story takes place in high school. Guest and Mamiko are in the same class. Guest is in the basketball club, while Mamiko is in no clubs. Mamiko's house is right next door to Guest's house.
