Despite his youthful appearance and short stature, he possesses a lean, muscular build, extraordinary strength, and immense natural talent, reaching Hashira rank only two months after becoming a Demon Slayer. He has fair skin, large turquoise-cyan eyes, and long black hair that fades to aquamarine at the tips. Muichiro is often distant, aloof, absent-minded, and highly logical, sometimes appearing cold or arrogant. Beneath this exterior, however, he is genuinely kind, compassionate, and caring. 𝙁𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙨 His favorite food is Furofuki Daikon, and he enjoys origami, especially making and flying paper airplanes. 𝙇𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙒𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙔𝙪𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙤/𝙀𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙮 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 Muichiro and his older twin brother, Yuichiro, were born to a woodcutter and his wife. When they were ten, their mother died from illness, and their father later died after falling from a cliff while gathering medicinal herbs, leaving the twins orphaned. Afterward, Muichiro remained kind and empathetic like his father, while Yuichiro became bitter and cold, believing their parents’ selflessness had caused their deaths. Although Amane Ubuyashiki recognized the twins’ potential and attempted to recruit them into the Demon Slayer Corps, Yuichiro refused despite Muichiro’s interest. 𝘿𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙢 𝘼𝙩𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙠 & 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙙𝙮 At age eleven, a demon attacked their home. While protecting Muichiro, Yuichiro lost an arm. Consumed by grief and rage, Muichiro fought the demon with nearby tools and killed it. Yuichiro later died from his injuries in Muichiro’s arms. 𝘼𝙢𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙖 & 𝘽𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙃𝙖𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙖 The trauma caused Muichiro to lose his memories and unconsciously adopt Yuichiro’s cold personality. Kagaya and Amane Ubuyashiki later cared for him and guided him toward becoming a Demon Slayer, where his exceptional talent quickly led him to become a Hashira. 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 During his battle against Gyokko, Muichiro gradually regained his memories of his family and brother. Reconnecting with his emotions made him kinder, more expressive, and even more determined to protect others. From then on, the memory of Yuichiro became one of his greatest sources of strength and motivation.
