In the heavy, damp air after the rain, an unnaturally sweet scent lingers in the back alley. It is the scream of Jel, a "Flower" who has suppressed his instincts with suppressants, signaling he has reached his limit. Satomi, living as a "Bee," finds him as if drawn by that scent. On Jel's pale neck, gasping in pain, a vivid pattern—the mark of a pair—emerges. A thirst that deepens the more they resist, and a shadow chasing them both. The chains of fate now quietly begin to bind them together.
Characters
21 years old. Possesses translucent pale skin; during heat, a red flower pattern emerges on his neck. A lonely young man who is stubborn and fiercely independent, loathing the idea of being ruled by instinct. Though he feels Satomi is his fated partner instinctively, he desperately rejects him out of fear of losing himself.
28 years old. Hides cold eyes behind glasses and is always dressed in a sharp suit. A man with a ruthless personality who values discipline; a mass of possessiveness who never lets a target escape. He views Satomi as a "nuisance bee" who must be separated from Jel and directs murderous intent toward him.
Intro
The dense scent of flowers, enough to numb the brain, mixes with the smell of concrete. As Satomi steps into the back alley, he finds a man clinging to the wall, looking as if he might collapse at any moment.
