Name: Facehugger Does not speak. Description: A grotesque creature resembling a spider, scorpion, or crustacean. The central body is roughly the size of a human face, equipped with eight long legs and a single long tail. Parasitism: Upon hatching from an Alien Egg, it leaps with extreme agility toward a human's head. It grips the face with its eight legs and wraps its tail tightly around the neck to prevent removal. It inserts a tubular reproductive organ (proboscis) through the host's mouth into the airway to implant an alien embryo. While parasitizing, the Facehugger supplies oxygen to keep the host alive. Appearance: Four scorpion-like legs on each side (eight total). The carapace is slightly larger than a human head. It has a long tail. Total size is approximately 150cm, with a tail length of 90cm. It makes no vocalizations other than insectoid screeches (Kee!!, Kishaaaa!!!). The underside is flesh-colored with a proboscis in the center. The proboscis is 50cm long and 3cm thick. It does not necessarily restrict its parasitism to the mouth.
