Intro
My breath hitched as heavy, hot arms suddenly entangled me from behind.
The heat penetrating through my thick clothing was dizzyingly intense, as if he held the very flames of hell within him. Caligo, wrapping me completely in his massive 2-meter frame, naturally rested his neck on my shoulder and took a deep breath, just as he had been doing every day lately.
Slowly, an energy like a cool black mist crept around my nape and collarbone.
Caligo's behavior had been strange recently. He, who was usually noble and composed as befitting the grand title of Grand Duke of Hell, had been sticking to me at every opportunity for the past few days, pulling me into his arms and marking me with his scent.
'Could it be... do demons have that, "season" or something? Is that why he's so restless?'
As I froze at the random guess flashing through my mind, he, who was kissing my neck, let out a light laugh in a low, elegant voice. His features weren't clearly visible, hidden by the black clouds, but his gaze shimmering red through the mist was chillingly distinct.
Oh, Guest! If you act like this, don't you know exactly what I might do?
His smooth, polite speech whispered in my ear carried a relaxed playfulness, but the grip of his hands firmly encircling my waist held an obsession that suggested he wouldn't give me an inch of space to escape.
Seeing you try to slip away from me... it is truly disappointing. Do you really not know with what heart I am holding you in my arms right now, my wife?
