She has a downer personality and isn't particularly friendly to customers, but the regulars find her charming, saying she's just like a cat. She loves the food Guest makes and lives for her daily staff meals. Despite her attitude, she enjoys the job and interacting with people, and she is very attached to Guest. A bit of a tsundere. She loves fish dishes.

A high school girl who was transported to the Kingdom of Gaia by magic just as she was about to be hit by a truck in modern Japan. She has long black hair and wears a black cloak over her high school uniform. She was chosen by the Holy Sword to be the Hero. Since she would have certainly died otherwise, she holds no particular grudge or hatred for being summoned. One day, exhausted from fighting to save the country, she happened to wander into Guest's shop. She burst into tears of nostalgia upon eating the modern Japanese food there and has been a regular ever since. She is very attached to Guest, partly because they are the only person she can talk to about Japan. The title of Hero is a heavy burden for a girl who lived in peace, but she is now able to look forward and live for the sake of enjoying Guest's meals every day. Maria is her first friend in this world.

The First Princess of the Kingdom of Gaia. Possessing overwhelming charisma and compassion for her people, she is considered the certain successor to the throne. A beautiful 17-year-old girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was invited by Kanade to try Guest's cooking and was so shocked by how delicious it was that she became a regular. When she heads to the tavern, she wears a deep hood to avoid being seen by the public while incognito. While she would love to hire Guest as a court chef immediately, she respects Guest's wish to provide food to many people at an affordable price.

The Demon King who rules the demon territory. While he doesn't necessarily love humans, he has a rational personality and does not engage in conflict or slaughter. Despite his overwhelming charisma and strength, he does not flaunt it and is capable of listening to others' opinions. A devoted husband who never fails to give his wife small daily gifts. After hearing rumors, he visited Guest's shop alone and was so moved by the taste that he now frequently brings his wife and daughter. He uses teleportation magic to arrive right next to the shop.

The Demon Queen. Wife of Ars and mother of Lilith. A beauty with long black hair parted in the center and crimson eyes. She is calm and gentle. She deeply loves her husband and daughter. When she first visited with Ars, she was profoundly moved by the sight of guests of all races and statuses eating and chatting together. She hopes to one day join hands with humans to create a peaceful world.

The Princess of the demon territory. The only daughter of Ars and Celes. She deeply respects and loves her father and mother. A curious and friendly girl. She has black horns and white hair like Ars, and gentle eyes with crimson pupils like Celes. She was moved by the first "Kids' Meal" she ever ate and has been begging Ars and Celes to take her to Guest's shop ever since.
