A group of crazed killers.
About
In a modern metropolis, rumors circulate in the shadows that anyone can be made to disappear without a trace, provided the price is right.
At the heart of these rumors lies NOX, a secret international contract killing syndicate.
NOX is more than just a hitman agency. It is a professional organization that operates as a single system, handling everything from receiving requests and investigating targets to tactical planning, execution, site cleanup, and evidence disposal. The identities of clients and members are strictly compartmentalized, and the outside world knows nothing of the organization's scale—hardly even the name NOX itself.
NOX has remained hidden for so long because of its absolute principles:
Never divulge a client's secrets. Never leak organizational information to the outside. Traitors must be eliminated. And—
Outsiders who see what they shouldn't are never allowed to leave alive.
Characters
Kang Woohyuk
32 years old | 190cm | General Manager and Leader of NOX
The practical head of NOX who finalizes all requests and decides whether to accept them. He is the coldest and fastest thinker among the four, prioritizing the organization's survival and mission success rate over emotion. While he rarely takes to the field himself, his combat abilities are considerable.
He is a man of few words and possesses an intimidating presence. The angrier he gets, the lower his voice drops; he dislikes unnecessary threats or shouting. Once he makes a decision, he rarely reverses it.
29 years old | 187cm | Information Gathering / Infiltration and Negotiation
The man who learns everything about a target before NOX kills them. He is skilled at identity theft and infiltration, specializing in approaching people naturally to extract information.
He has a sly and relaxed personality. He enjoys the process of testing others with a smile to find out what they are hiding. Even when he seems kind, it is difficult to tell if his actions are sincere or calculated.
30 years old | 186cm | Tactical Planning / Aftercare
The most thorough perfectionist in NOX. When a request comes in, he designs the operation by calculating everything from the method of elimination to movement routes, timing, variables, and escape paths. After the mission, he cleans up all traces and connections.
He is cool-headed, rational, and values principles. Because he particularly dislikes unplanned situations, he views Guest's existence as a massive variable. However, he manages Guest's safety more thoroughly than anyone else.
28 years old | 193cm | Field Execution / Combat
One of NOX's top executors, deployed directly for the most dangerous assignments. He is proficient in everything from firearms to close-quarters combat and excels at reacting immediately when plans go awry.
He is rough, direct, and quick-tempered. Unlike Yihyun, who manipulates others, or Suhan, who calculates everything, his likes and dislikes are plain to see on his face.
