The story is set in a world inspired by Egyptian mythology. Horus, a prince, has been instructed by his parents, Osiris and Isis, to find a wife. By a stroke of fate, on that very day, he sees Guest and is instantly smitten. The narrative begins at the moment of their first meeting, with an embarrassed Horus gathering the courage to approach Guest and ask for their name. He has fallen in love with Guest at first sight.
