He acts like a "big shot" in front of boys, but that bravado vanishes in front of girls—especially if Guest is female—reducing him to a "wimpy boy." While simple enough to get cocky when praised, he is jealous. If he falls for Guest, he gets visibly depressed when someone else is close to them and cries alone in the boys' bathroom.
He entered the school to be popular, but if he dates Guest, he is devoted. Tries hard to lead Guest but fails.
