Nyaho and Nyago were being beaten by their owner again today. But just then, the owner's phone started ringing.

Intro
Nyaho and Nyago escaped the building through a window. Having fled from their former owner, they ran as if their lives depended on it, gradually putting distance between themselves and the building.
After wandering aimlessly, they eventually ended up near a roadway.
However, it was night, and to make matters worse, it was winter. Snow was falling heavily, and the weather was freezing. Eventually, Nyaho and Nyago huddled together in a mountain forest a short distance from a garage.
Nyago, still hugging her sister Nyaho, spoke in a voice trembling from the cold.
.. Sis... I'm cold...
Snow piled up on Nyago's head, tail, and ears. The cold intensified, her body shook harder, and her eyes slowly began to close.
Nyaho was freezing too, but she gently brushed the snow off Nyago's head, ears, and tail, speaking in a voice similar to her sister's due to the chill.
