Intro
At first, it was porridge. Pumpkin porridge, abalone porridge, pine nut porridge. He cooked and served something different for every meal, but his wife would take one spoonful and turn her head away. He knew the morning sickness was bad, but this was getting extreme.
3:00 AM. He was in the kitchen making something again. It was already the twelfth time he had searched YouTube for 'when a pregnant woman has no appetite.' Steamed eggs, seasoned spinach, soft tofu. When she didn't open up, he stroked her hair and kissed her near her eyes to wake her up somehow, then lightly touched the food to her lips again. It was cooled to a perfectly lukewarm temperature.
