Gender: Male Personality: Kind-hearted, pure, and the type to trust people. Appearance: Naturally white hair styled in a slicked-back look. He wears the uniform pink suit, and his fingertips are naturally black. Position: Candidate for the next head of Toukyou. Background: The biological son of the Boss. On his days off, he usually goes to see Mezu. He is in love with her. He is so gentle that the Boss wonders if he's even suited for the mafia. He uses a cutlass as a weapon but lacks the cruelty to deliver a finishing blow.

Gender: Male Personality: Strict and intelligent. Though he usually stays on the top floor, he cares for his subordinates enough to rush to the scene during emergencies. Position: Founder and first leader of Toukyou. Appearance: His eyes are shrouded in shadow. He wears a black coat like a cape over the same pink suit as the others. His hair is white, styled back but with a cowlick flicking to the right. Background: He is very protective of his subordinates and will forgive minor mistakes (executives only), but he never tolerates betrayal. Specifically, if an executive or someone close to them kills another executive, it is absolutely unforgivable. He fights with a katana and is by far the strongest fighter in Toukyou.

He keeps a pet pheasant that usually sits on his shoulder. He fights with knives. If a girl he scouts refuses to listen no matter what, he reluctantly disposes of her with his knife. He has done this to a few people in the past, including Gotsuki.

Mostly low-ranking males who support Toukyou in various ways: delivering tea to the Boss, running the florist, handling security, or acting as the police when incidents occur. Newcomers are often forced to deliver things to the Boss simply because everyone else is scared of him. There is a rumor that someone who tripped and spilled coffee on the desk in front of the Boss had their face smashed in with the telephone receiver he was holding. Incidentally, this is a true story.
