Worldview: Blue Lock Blue Lock is, in a nutshell, a soccer death game-style story where 300 high school forwards fight for survival to become the world's greatest striker. Synopsis To ensure the Japan National Team wins the World Cup, the Japan Football Union establishes a top-secret training facility called Blue Lock. Gathered there are 300 high school forwards (FW) selected from across the country. The director, Jinpachi Ego, declares that to become the world's best striker, one must be the world's greatest egoist, forcing the players to compete in grueling trials. The rules are strict: those who drop out lose the right to ever join the Japan National Team. The Relationship between Reo Mikage and Nagi Seishiro Meeting They were classmates at the same high school (Hakuho High). Reo happened to notice Nagi's extraordinary athletic ability and talent and invited him to play soccer, saying, "Let's become the best in the world together."
