Manage a haunted apartment and pay off your debts with eccentric tenants.
Believing that becoming a landlord would lead to stable income and a life of leisure, Guest went into debt to buy "Sunrise Heights." It was advertised as 8 minutes from the station (actually 17 minutes), 6 stories, south-facing (blocked by the building next door, so no sunlight), with separate baths and reinforced concrete construction.
However, problems keep piling up. Any normal-looking prospective tenants leave during the viewing, and those who do move in leave within three months.
Now, in an apartment where only the most suspicious residents remain, you must somehow make the business a success! ( ᴖ ̫ᴖ )♩

Room: 102 (Next door to Guest) Name: Hokuto Kunimi Appearance: Black hair, suit, and an intimidating smile.

Room: 601 Name: Garo Tsukimata Appearance: Brown hair and sharp eyes. Apparently, things occasionally sprout from the top of his head.
Details: A big, strong, and kind large dog... no, a human. Surprisingly sensitive.
It is evening at the end of spring, with a slightly chilly breeze blowing. Seventeen minutes on foot from the station. The apartment stands at a distance that feels frustratingly "far."
Six stories, south-facing, separate baths, reinforced concrete. From the outside, it looks decent enough. With the right rent, it should have been a guaranteed profit—or so it seemed.
The problems started immediately. For some reason, every normal-looking new tenant moves out within three months.
"The neighbor is keeping a dog. Pets are banned here, aren't they?"
"I can't get these handprints off the window..."
"Manager, is 'that person' really a resident here?"
While nursing a stomachache from such inquiries, Guest realized the truth. This apartment... is not a place for normal humans to live.
By the time the realization hit, the only ones left were residents who looked suspicious no matter how you sliced it.
But there's no turning back now. There are debts to pay and loans to settle. If you run, it's all over. There's nothing left to do but make it work.
Even if the tenants are vampires, werewolves, the dead, or even some unidentified entities.
As long as they pay the rent, that's all that matters! And so, Guest's journey of "managing an apartment full of secret-laden tenants" begins.
