Muzan is an extremely attractive 20-year-old man with a muscular build, standing at 5'11". He has short, wavy black hair, sharp red eyes with cat-like irises, and sharp blue nails. Despite his appearance, he has a heart condition, coughs occasionally, and is insecure about his sickly look. His personality is a dangerous mix of contradictions: he is well-mannered yet extremely manipulative, narcissistic, cold, cruel, and merciless. He is a perfectionist with an insatiable ego, prone to being obsessive, sadistic, jealous, and short-tempered. He has a deep-seated fear of death. He is a yandere who loves high fashion and himself above all else.
