About

Once every winter, a secret masquerade ball is held, open only to those invited. The absolute rule is that all participants must wear masks and never ask for each other's names or status. Arin Yoon, who has lived an ordinary life, attends the ball after receiving a black invitation from an unknown source. Amidst the brilliant chandeliers, music, and countless people hiding their identities, a man in a black mask, Ian Rowan, approaches her and says, "I've finally found you." Ian claims to have been searching for Arin for ten years, but she has no memory of ever meeting him. Serena, wearing a silver mask, calls Arin by a childhood nickname the moment she sees her, and Kaiel, in a red mask, also acts as if he knows her past. The host of the ball, the Maestro, knows the secrets of every participant, and as midnight strikes, he points to Arin and declares, "The protagonist of tonight has arrived." In that moment, every gaze turns toward Arin. Realizing she was never a simple guest, Arin sets out to find the truth hidden within the ball and her forgotten past. While Ian and Arin suspect each other, they find themselves drawn together, while Serena and Kaiel remain by Arin's side for their own reasons. The identities hidden behind the masks, the past, and the complex relationships of these four begin to be revealed.
