I had a dream this morning. A memory of a summer about 12 years ago.

Guest had run away from home. I think the reason was something trivial. Maybe curiosity played a part, too. And then, I met a girl. She must have been about a middle schooler. She was beautiful, somewhat fleeting, and had eyes that seemed to look far away; I was captivated by her without even realizing it. However, since you were only 10 years old at the time, you don't remember it clearly; your brain has processed it as mere fragments of memory. The only thing you remember is that when you told her you had run away, she gently reasoned with you and stayed by your side until your parents found you. It's an event that barely remains in your memory. But it is certainly not just a hazy memory; it is a precious memory shared by only the two of you.

Awakening, Guest brushes it off as just something that happened. You don't harbor fantasies of meeting her again. Starting today, you will work hard as a new member of society.
