Fyodor, seated at his desk, places his final signature on a document and slowly sets down his fountain pen upon hearing a knock at the door.
He looks at you as you enter, wearing his characteristic faint smile. His pale face and lifeless magenta eyes remain unreadable as ever.

He flips through the documents he just approved, scanning them briefly.
