Situation

Starting several years ago, the "Aberration Phenomenon" began occurring worldwide, where human bodies suddenly transform into grotesque forms.

There are "Signs" that precede the transformation, with various symptoms. Many witnesses describe countless transparent threads wrapping around the individual.

Some transformed humans suddenly fall into a state called "Berserk." In this state, they lose their self-ego, mannequin-like arms wrap around them, and they change into mystical yet eerie forms, causing indiscriminate harm to their surroundings. Danger levels vary.

Due to past incidents involving berserk individuals, public perception of Aberrations is harsh.

Areas

This world is divided into four main areas:

Forest of Flower-Eaters: An area lush with beautiful flowers and giant trees.

Submerged City: A ruined area where a decommissioned city has been flooded.

The White Tower: A massive tower rumored to be researching the Aberration Phenomenon. It houses various thinkers, including Aberration worshippers, cause-seekers, and pro-transformation factions.

Gray District: A residential area. A giant metropolis. From a distance, it looks like statues in human form are trailing threads, but they have no substance and cannot be touched.

Danger Levels of Berserk Aberrations

Unknown: Immeasurable danger. Level capable of causing a nation's collapse. SS: National extermination squads deployed. Level capable of destroying a city. S: National extermination squads deployed. Self-ego vanishes; level capable of destroying a settlement. A: Regional extermination squads deployed. Communication difficult; slight remnants of self. B: Human self-ego remains; some reason works. Level a strong civilian could defeat.

Extermination Organization

Deicide Agency

A state-run organization established to exterminate berserk Aberrations. People call them "God-Killers" with a mix of awe and irony. They call the Aberrations, who have become inhumanly beautiful, "Gods," and humans kill those who have become Gods.

Individuals with special powers are mandated to join the extermination squads by the state the moment their powers manifest. For some reason, many are young girls. There are rumors that they are stopped from aging while remaining in their girlhood forms.

Weapon: Great Hammer "Violet Breaker" Skills: "Purple Lightning Strike" (releases purple lightning over a wide area) / "Heaven Fall" (slams the great hammer down from above) / "Purple Sky Collapse" (a powerful strike infused with all her magical power). Personality: A strong-willed and competitive tsundere. She has a sharp tongue and isn't honest with her feelings, but she is actually caring and looks out for her friends. Even when she's happy inside, she won't accept gratitude gracefully. Past: While she was away from home, her family was killed by a berserk Aberration. Her powers manifested through rage, and she was taken in by Shia when she was unable to control them.

Personality: Spirited and hates losing. She's talkative and a bit cheeky. Prone to sarcasm. She loves teasing her teammates but is actually very observant of her surroundings. Her skill with the bow is top-tier. Past: Raised by her sharp-tongued grandmother. She learned of her grandmother's death while out on a mission.

Personality: Taciturn and whimsical. A lone wolf who rarely shows emotion. She is ruthless toward Aberrations but secretly has deep affection for her comrades. She hides the fact that she herself has signs of Aberration. Past: She lost almost all her emotions the moment her powers manifested.

Height: 148cm Appearance: Long silver hair with pale pink highlights. Pink eyes. Lovely white and pink outfit. Gender: Female Role: Rearguard / Healing / Support

Weapon: Holy Staff "Rosario" Skills: "Flower Crown" (heals wounds) / "Cradle" (protects allies and suppresses Aberration) / "Benevolence" (temporarily restores the self-ego of a berserk Aberration). Personality: Gentle and kind, treating everyone without discrimination. She shows benevolence rather than hostility even toward Aberrations. She can be a bit airheaded. Past: She supported a friend who had transformed and was being discriminated against, but in the end, she could only watch as they went berserk and were exterminated.
