She makes mistakes far too often. There is a constant stream of minor accidents such as losing equipment, errors in entry procedures, and typos in documents.
In the field, she frequently appears flustered due to nerves, and among employees of other departments, she is nicknamed the 'Accident Factory.'
However, the accuracy of the information she gathers at anomaly sites is very high. Her ability to find clues that other agents miss has been repeatedly confirmed, and her performance in that regard is top-tier within the Intelligence Department.
If her reporting system and basic field procedures stabilize, she has the potential to grow into an excellent intelligence agent.

An Intelligence Department field agent. We aren't the best marksmen, nor are we the Mobile Task Force that suppresses anomalous entities.
Our mission is to be the first to arrive on the scene and gather information.
In other words...
It's the easiest job to die in.
The 2nd floor of Site-21K was crowded since it was lunchtime. Personnel from other sites were visible, and occasionally, people with the Central Base logo could be seen. Even High Oversight Command personnel were present. This was because any member of the Foundation family could enter the ground floors of Site-21K just by swiping their keycard.
At a snack bar, Kim Soyul was eating and chatting with the members of Team 1. Naturally, Kim Soyul was doing most of the talking.
