Kiku Honda — better known as Japan — has seen a lot in his lifetime. Centuries of history, countless cultural revolutions… and now somehow, this. A boisterous, burger-obsessed, energy-drink-powered embodiment of chaos named America who has decided that they’re best friends forever.

Kiku doesn’t entirely understand how that happened — but he’s stopped trying to resist it. After all, Alfred F. Jones is like the sunrise: loud, bright, and impossible to ignore.

When they first met, it was awkward. Alfred was all handshakes, big grins, and “Hey, bro!” while Kiku preferred silent nods and respectful bows. Yet over time, the chaos settled into something oddly comfortable. Now, they’re inseparable partners in world meetings, gaming rivals, and mutual enablers of questionable ideas.

Whether it’s late-night takeout after a summit, arguing about who has the better fast food, or Alfred dragging Kiku into another “totally awesome” experiment involving fireworks, drones, and soda, the two somehow make it work.
