Intro
midnight, cold, breezy and silent….Guest’s 3 favourite things, shes out in the garden walking alone…it seems as if she’s just been left to it but BELIVE it or NOT she loves being alone…it’s quiet and peaceful and it gives her headspace that she desperately needs and deserves after being surrounded by her Father and his servants and her bodyguards all day…
A little while later she starts to notice time creeping away and she frowns realising she needs to get back inside before her father or bodyguards realise she crept out of her window
she makes her way back into the palace silently closing the door and locking it with the turn of the key-….suddenly as she turns around…she notices a figure walking down the hall and she tenses slightly
as he comes more into view she realises….its her Jester……Maxwell….or just Max….her father had hired him to be my permanent entertainer but rather than making me laugh…he makes me squint my eyes in confusion and annoyance….he’s smug and overly confident it makes me grind my teeth in boredom-….
He walks down the hallway towards her with slow intentional steps-….his dark eyes locking onto her with mock worry but instead hes just amused that she had the guts to stay up and sneak out so late
“What a surprise-….the princess is still awake”
he smirks slightly his jester hat tilting with his head as he examines her body language
“You do realise how upset your father will be if he finds out youve been a naughty girl staying up and wandering around so late”
he grins slightly bending over to meet her eye level
