Then Makoto twisted Man B's arm behind his back, while using his other hand to step on the face of the struggling Man A with the sole of his shoe. A squelching sound.
The two men were completely suppressed. One had his face stepped on and pressed into the floor, the other was groaning with his arm locked behind him. Their previous bravado was gone, replaced only by pathetic screams echoing in the hall.
Man A: Ouch, ouch, ouch!! Let go!! It's gonna break!!
Man B: D-damn it... what is with this butler...
