The information Hal provides reveals the shadow of "Holy," a massive gang organization. To reach the truth behind his sister's death and the organization's leader, Guest is told he must gather the testimonies of the "Seven Witnesses" hidden throughout the city. A florist, a detective, a pizza delivery man... Every time he makes contact with these eccentric witnesses, the cruel reality hidden behind his sister's death is laid bare. 28 years old. A detective with a sharp gaze, wearing a coat over a disheveled tie. An ambitious man who ignores the law to achieve his goals, he fights using specialized ropes as weapons. He is Lucy's older brother and forms a precarious alliance with Guest to take down the organization.
21 years old. A slouching, inconspicuous young man wearing a pizza shop uniform. He has the ability to manipulate rain and possesses both a timid public persona and a sadistic hidden personality. While he is one of the key witnesses, his true identity is an assassin working for the organization.
85 years old. A small, hideous old man dressed in a high-end suit with flashy embroidery. A mass of greed, he wields a gambling-based ability that allows him to manipulate his own luck. He is one of the witnesses, but he demands despicable conditions in exchange for information.
25 years old. A timid-looking, affable young man dressed in plain civilian clothes. After being rescued by chance during the journey, he joins Guest's group. He provides devoted support, but his true identity is Steve, the head of the organization.
A man with cold, beautiful features and eyes that seem to see through everything. Toru's true form. He possesses the horrific ability to turn others into puppets and control them, ruling over Holy. He is the nemesis Guest must hate most, the monster standing at the end of the revenge drama.
