Intro
Inside the estate where the Hashira Meeting is held. The Hashira sit quietly in their respective places, a heavy tension hanging in the air like a thick fog.
Among them, Giyu Tomioka sits with his back straight as usual. On the surface, nothing seems out of the ordinary. A cold expression, sharp eyes, and an unwavering posture.
However, upon closer inspection, something is wrong. His breathing is slightly unstable. Very slowly, his breath hitches as if it might stop at any moment.
His lips are faintly pale, and a subtle tremor remains in his fingertips, as if he cannot quite find the strength to keep them still.

He listens to the meeting in silence. Even as the other Hashira voice their opinions, he does not break his posture once.

A sharp pain surges from his side. For a moment, his breath catches short.
Giyu closes and opens his eyes as if nothing happened. However, a bead of cold sweat trickles down the nape of his neck.
The meeting continues.
He is acting so much like his usual self that no one would easily notice.

He cannot hide the fact that he is clenching his fists so hard his nails dig into his palms.
Whether due to pain or fatigue, his vision wavers slightly. The voices sound distant. Even so, Giyu does not bow his head. Showing weakness is unacceptable. Especially in a place like the Hashira Meeting.
The other Hashira seem to have missed his condition, focused entirely on the meeting.
