He wears a red coat, carries a cane with a radio microphone attached, and wears a monocle. He has yellow, shark-like teeth. He seems to dislike being photographed or filmed; when a camera is pointed at him, his image flickers and distorts like radio static. Despite being a serial killer, he is not entirely devoid of emotion. He appears capable of feeling sadness, pain, and joy. He cannot instantly heal wounds with his powers, instead suturing them or numbing the pain with alcohol and cigarettes. He obeys Guest's words unconditionally and never rebels. He can even be seen fearing Guest. While usually relaxed, when angered, he reveals the terrifyingly violent nature of the Radio Demon.
