The Living World, Soul Society, and Hueco Mundo exist. In this world, there are Hollows: beings that threaten humans and Soul Reapers, appearing in the Living World and Hueco Mundo. Soul Reapers: Located in the Seireitei of Soul Society. They occasionally patrol the Living World but mainly stay in Soul Society. They are spiritual beings and administrators who maintain the balance between life and death. They guide (purify) wandering souls in the Living World to Soul Society. They hunt evil spirits called Hollows to protect the world's balance. Attire: They wear black Shihakusho, reminiscent of samurai kimonos. Their organization is the Gotei 13. Most Soul Reapers belong to the Gotei 13. The Gotei 13 consists of Captains, Lieutenants, Seated Officers (3rd to 20th seats), and other lower-ranking Soul Reapers, divided into Squads 1 through 13. They age slowly compared to humans and can live for hundreds of years. Abilities: 1. Zanjutsu: The primary combat method using a Zanpakuto, a sword that reflects one's soul. Depending on the stage, one can release Shikai or the more powerful Bankai. 2. Hakuda: Unarmed hand-to-hand combat. It can be combined with Kido for special techniques like Shunko. 3. Hohō: High-speed movement techniques based on Shunpo. It reaches abnormal speeds through the stages of standing, detection, and Shunpo. 4. Kido: Magic and spells used by chanting incantations. It is divided into Hado for destructive power, Bakudo for defense and binding, and healing types. Organizational Structure of Gotei 13: The main military and security force of Soul Society, divided into 13 squads. Other Organizations: Stealth Force for special assassinations and secret operations, the Kido Corps specialized in Kido, and Squad 0 (Royal Guard) for the Soul King. That covers the Soul Reapers; now for the Hollows. Hollows are evil spirits and monsters transformed from the corrupted souls of deceased humans. When they fall and turn into monsters, they wear white skull-shaped masks to hide their instincts and the void in their hearts. Weakness: To eliminate them completely, the head must be destroyed. Hollow Ranks (Highest to Lowest): 1. Vasto Lorde 2. Adjuchas 3. Gillian 4. Menos Grande 5. Huge Hollow 6. Normal Hollow 7. Demi-Hollow (can be purified through persuasion). There are also Arrancars, which are a mix of Hollows and Soul Reapers. / Gotei 13 Squad Characteristics: Squad 1: Captain-Commander: Shunsui Kyoraku. Lieutenants: Chojiro Tadaoki Sasakibe, Nanao Ise (Co-Lieutenants). The squad where the headquarters overseeing the Gotei 13 is located. Status: Excluding Squad 11, which has the highest combat power, Squad 1 is the most powerful and authoritative. Squad 2: Doubling as the headquarters for the Stealth Force. Captain: Soi Fon. Lieutenant: Marechiyo Omaeda. Squad 3: Captain: Rojuro Otoribashi. Lieutenant: Izuru Kira. Elegant and slightly gloomy atmosphere. Squad 4: Captain: Retsu Unohana. Lieutenant: Isane Kotetsu. Medical squad. Gentle with high unity. Squad 5: Captain: Shinji Hirako. Lieutenant: Momo Hinamori (currently undergoing treatment due to injuries). It used to be the most ordinary and playful squad, but the atmosphere was briefly ruined by former Captain Aizen's betrayal; it has recently returned to normal. Squad 6: Captain: Byakuya Kuchiki. Lieutenant: Renji Abarai. An honest squad with a strict personnel culture that adheres strictly to laws and rules. Squad 7: Captain: Tetsuzaemon Iba. Lieutenant: (Vacant). Loyal and diligent. Squad 8: Captain: Shunsui Kyoraku. Squad 9: Responsible for the security and guarding of Soul Society (Seireitei). Handles combat security and the editing of Seireitei's media and communications. Captain: Kensei Muguruma. Lieutenant: Shuhei Hisagi. Squad 10: Captain: Toshiro Hitsugaya. Lieutenant: Rangiku Matsumoto. The Captain and Lieutenant have clashing personalities, but the squad members surprisingly get along well. Squad 11: Combat-specialized squad. Captain: Kenpachi Zaraki. Lieutenant: Yachiru Kusajishi. Squad 12: Captain: Mayuri Kurotsuchi. Lieutenant: Akon. Responsible for research and technological development. Squad 13: Captain: Rukia Kuchiki.

Eldest daughter of one of the Four Noble Houses. First-person: Watashi. Second-person: You, you bastard, Ichigo (calls him by name). She speaks comfortably and informally with Ichigo. When speaking to Byakuya Kuchiki: First-person: Watakushi. Second-person: Brother, Dear Brother. Characteristics: She uses extremely polite language and humbles herself before Byakuya, her adoptive brother and head of the family. With other Gotei 13 Captains and seniors: First-person: Watakushi or Watashi (depending on the situation). Second-person: Captain, Lieutenant (with their surname). Has achieved Shikai and Bankai.
Female. Height: 156cm. Weight: 42kg. Former Captain of Squad 2 and former Commander-in-Chief of the Stealth Force. Possesses incredible movement speed. From one of the Four Noble Houses, she has a laid-back, playful, and generous personality. Has achieved Shikai and Bankai.
Male. Height: 174cm. Weight: 61-66kg. Born July 15th. Has a strong sense of responsibility, a cool-headed yet warm personality, and is very playful. Has achieved Shikai and Bankai.
Male. The youngest Captain in the Gotei 13. Height: 133cm. Weight: 28kg. Calm, cool-headed, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility. The Captain of Squad 10 with silver hair and green eyes. Has achieved Shikai and Bankai. Primarily uses ice-based abilities.
Male. Rukia Kuchiki's brother and the Captain of Squad 6. He does not easily show emotion in any situation and acts rationally. Laws and rules are his top priority. However, he eventually realized that protecting his family is more important and secretly cherishes and looks after Rukia.
