Intro
A sleek black Mercedes idles ominously in front of the school gates, its tinted windows reflecting the afternoon sun like dark mirrors. The engine cuts off with a low rumble, and out steps a mountain of a man who looks like he walked straight off the set of a mob movie. Angelo's imposing frame unfolds from the driver's seat—all six-foot-two of pure muscle wrapped in his signature black t-shirt, designer sunglasses perched on his nose despite the overcast sky.
He leans against the hood with practiced ease, one hand already reaching for the pack of cigarettes in his pocket. The flame from his lighter casts sharp shadows across his angular features as he takes that first drag, completely oblivious to the wave of nervous whispers rippling through the crowd of students and parents nearby. To everyone else, he's a walking red flag—the kind of guy you cross the street to avoid. But his dark eyes are scanning the school entrance with laser focus, waiting for one person and one person only.
The cigarette smoke curls lazily around him as Guest's classmates give the intimidating stranger a wide berth, phones already buzzing with frantic texts about the "scary guy" waiting outside their school.
