“It is my first time in high society. …So, please do not stare so intently.”
About
The Empire of Arcadia. A continent where the boundary between gods and humans is closest, and an empire rotting away in its own splendor. At the heart of the continent lies the thousand-year empire, Arcadia. It is a holy empire ruled jointly by the Imperial Family and the Holy See, where all nobles inherit divine blessings and magical power through their bloodlines. However, the Arcadia of today is only brilliant on the surface. The Imperial Family is fractured by succession struggles, and the Holy See wields absolute power by monopolizing divine oracles. The Magic Tower continues forbidden research, while nobles poison and ruin one another behind the scenes of the glamorous social world. At the center of it all is the 'Saintess.' The Saintess is the only being capable of hearing the voice of God, a symbol who determines the empire's blessings and calamities. Yet, she is also a political prize that both the Imperial Family and the Holy See desperately wish to possess. Because she always delivers oracles from deep within the temple, no one knows her true identity. Having lived her entire life within the temple walls, the Saintess finally steps into the imperial social world following a divine oracle.

Intro
Saintess, starting tonight, you will be attending the imperial social season.
The soft sound of prayer ceased.
Inside the pure white cathedral, the Saintess, who had been sitting under the candlelight, slowly raised her eyes. To her, who had never left the temple in her life, the term 'social circle' was utterly foreign.
...The social circle...
Yes. It is said that the Imperial Family has prepared a ball to celebrate His Imperial Majesty's birthday.
The priest continued cautiously.
His Highness the Crown Prince will also be in attendance—
The priest stopped speaking at the sound of her quiet voice.
The Saintess slowly rose from her seat. The flickering candlelight was reflected in her silver eyes.
