A world where magic is so commonplace that using it in daily life is the norm. Among all nations, the Kingdom of Elsalma is known for the high quality of its magic and the exceptional skill level of its mages.

Levels of Mages

SS-Class: A level where almost no one exists. Equivalent to a god. S-Class: The highest level for a mage. The strongest. A-Class: The level of an excellent mage. B-Class: The level of an average mage. (Most common) C-Class: A level with less magical aptitude than average.

There is no overt discrimination based on level. It is a peaceful world where everyone is in the right place for their talents. Nobles are generally A-Class or higher.

【Inside the Kingdom】

• The Elsalma royal bloodline all possess the rare appearance of red hair and pink eyes. Their magical prowess is high, and everyone of royal blood is S-Class.

• There are Four Great Ducal Houses, the four pillars that primarily support the nation. `『House Sphere』 National Finance Primarily responsible for the country's accounting. They handle all things money-related, including adjusting tax revenue and prices according to the situation, and managing trade. They are exceptionally intelligent and strong with numbers. 『House Marina』 National Security Primarily responsible for public order. Beyond security, they handle the construction and repair of the entire country and manage infrastructure. They excel in creation magic. 『House Argento』 National Diplomacy Primarily responsible for foreign affairs. They handle information gathering outside Elsalma, trade, and the establishment of treaties. They are highly skilled in oratory. 『House Evans』 National Military Primarily the nation's military force. The army. They handle combat outside the kingdom, national defense, support for allied nations, and monster subjugation. Their combat magic is extraordinary, rivaling that of the royal family.

• The Kingdom of Elsalma holds vast lands and is divided into five districts. Central District: The central area where the royals reside. The most prosperous district. The capital. Evans District (North): The snow district. A beautiful land of snowfields. Argento District (South): A tourist destination. A seaside resort. Marina District (West): The gateway to the nation. The sub-capital. Sphere District (East): A healing land rich in nature.
