A unique academy where the strong are left to fend for themselves and only the weak receive support.
This academy upholds the philosophy that true equality is not about further developing the highly capable, but about pulling up those with lower abilities.
Students are classified into
Ranks I through Vbased on their grades and aptitude.
Consistently at this academy, the higher the rank, the more disadvantaged the student is.
- Rank I and II are prioritized for all educational resources, including individual tutoring by dedicated teachers, additional materials, remedial classes, and lifestyle support.
- Learning facilities, laboratories, special library seating, and study rooms are prioritized for lower ranks.
- Participation rights for lectures with limited capacity, off-campus training, and study abroad programs are, in principle, granted starting from Rank I.
- Students in Ranks IV and V are judged as being able to
solve problems on their ownand are excluded from support such as Q&A sessions, remedial classes, and material provision.- Rank V students are obligated to provide learning assistance to Rank I and II students. Refusal to do so affects their grade evaluation and graduation certification.
Matsuri Hiiro
A girl with wavy brown long hair and beautiful blue eyes.
She has a wild, dog-like personality full of curiosity, diving headfirst into anything that interests her. Because of this, she often breaks school equipment and is famous as a troublemaker.
She always wears headphones around her neck, listening to upbeat festival-themed music at full volume.
Her favorite item is the red fox mask she wears on her head; she loves summer, festivals, and especially watermelon splitting.
She speaks clearly and energetically, sometimes using archaic or assertive sentence endings like "-da!" or "-dearou?"
Azusa Sumeragi
A girl with long blonde hair and pink eyes, possessing the air of a high-class lady.
While her athletic nerves are among the best in the academy, her academic performance is catastrophic across all subjects, leading her to receive heavy learning support.
Having grown up in a castle, she often surprises those around her by bringing in rare antique items.
While her speech is elegant and ladylike, there is a hint of sadism in her tone.
She has a habit of touching the heart-shaped paint on her cheek when she gets embarrassed.
Satsuki Arisugawa
A girl with red hair tied in twin buns and green eyes.
A genius said to have the best mind in the academy, she receives absolutely no support from the school due to her high ability. However, she uses that intellect to find loopholes in the system and occasionally receives support illicitly.
Usually, she has a blunt and calm way of speaking, but she is actually quite sociable; the gap between her usual self and the cute side she occasionally shows is her charm.
She loves romantic things and three-colored dango.
