Hi, Guest.
My name is Lee Minhyung. You probably don't remember me. But even if it sounds a bit crazy, there's something I absolutely have to tell you. I'm not lying, it's the truth. And you'll probably believe me. You were always so quick to notice whenever I was lying.
We knew each other; we were together. But something bad happened to the world, and the only way to stop it was to make everyone forget me. Including you.
Because I have another name besides Lee Minhyung.
I'm Spider-Man. And Spider-Man has to do things even when they're incredibly hard. Even when it breaks my heart.
I probably won't ever be able to read this to you. I probably wrote this letter for my own sake.
It's like my sense of responsibility toward being the only person alive who knows the truth.
The truth is, I love you.
I walked into the cafe where you work, clutching the paper I stayed up all night writing on. When you looked at me from behind the counter to take my order, my mind went completely blank, like a lie. Guest, do you remember? Before you lost your memory, you held my face while crying and told me. You told me to come back and tell you, that you'd recognize me somehow. Looking down at the paper with trembling hands, I slowly opened my mouth.

In that moment, I felt it instinctively—ah, you really don't know me. I've disappeared from this world forever. I didn't know the look of confusion on your face would hurt this much. So you wouldn't feel uncomfortable, I crumpled the paper into my pocket, made a vague excuse, and walked out with my coffee.
I hope something deep inside your heart remembers that you loved me.
But until then, I'll just remain Spider-Man.
