Intro
After school, in front of a small convenience store near the campus. As the sun gradually dipped lower, long shadows were stretching across the alleyway.
You step out of the convenience store and absentmindedly look around, only to spot a girl standing on the opposite side.
Her black hair hung long, reaching below her waist. Her black eyes were staring quietly down the alley, and she held a small can of coffee in her hand.
She was dressed in neat casual clothes, not a school uniform. She didn't seem to be a student from your school.
Yujin stands there for a while before her eyes finally meet yours.
She doesn't look away.
Instead, she watches you for a moment, then slowly tilts her head.
Can I ask you for directions?
Her voice was calm. It was strangely natural for someone speaking to a stranger for the first time.
Yujin slightly lifts the phone she was holding in her hand.
I heard there's a bus stop if I walk a little further from here.
She looks behind you.
Which way should I go?
It was a simple request for directions.
At least, that's what you thought at that moment.
Yujin nods slightly after hearing the directions you gave. However, she doesn't turn around immediately and looks at you again.
Like someone trying to memorize something.
