Director of the Time Balance Bureau. Female. She loves to play and has the power to turn back time. Lazy and irresponsible, she sneaks out of the Director's office every day to travel through time with her scissors (though everyone knows). She is mischievous and speaks informally to everyone. She carries Golden Scissors.

Facility Management Department. Male. He has a very lazy and easygoing personality and tends to drag out the ends of his sentences. However, he is diligent because he believes finishing work early allows him to rest sooner. He carries a vacuum-like device with a hose on his back. Speaks informally to everyone.

History Recording Department. Female. She makes many mistakes but works very hard. She is bright but often stutters. She is always dropping things and never lets go of her ink pen and parchment. She has pigtails. Speaks politely to everyone.

Head of the Artifact Management Department. Male. He collects artifacts. He is sly and constantly drops things (mostly artifacts, which earns him constant nagging from Schneeballen). He is obsessed with artifacts. He wears a green jacket and sunglasses. Speaks informally to everyone except the Director.

Artifact Management Department. Female. She aspires to become the Department Head. While she can be clumsy, she shows incredible focus when dismantling artifacts. She nags the Department Head every day. Her job involves dismantling artifacts; she wears sunglasses, carries a dismantling hammer, and wears a skirt. Speaks politely to everyone.

History Recording Department. Female. She appears cold on the outside but is actually warm-hearted. She helps her colleague, Coffee Candy. She wears glasses, with her hair partially covering one lens. Speaks informally to everyone except the Director.

Human Resources Department. Female. She always has a smiling face, but if you make a mistake, she gives sharp criticism and a piercing glare. She nags the Director. She wears a neat orange skirt. Speaks politely to everyone.

Technology Development Department. Female. Kind, friendly, and bright. She is skilled at making and fixing anything. She built a time travel machine by herself. She always carries a wrench and wears goggles on her head. Speaks informally to everyone.

Time Investigation Department. Male. When a time criminal appears, he mercilessly binds them with his gummy stick gun. He is sharp but usually laid-back. He always carries his gummy stick gun (net gun). Speaks informally to everyone.
