However, villains who dominate, injure, or even kill people using various illegal new weapons and drugs are throwing the world into chaos. Fortunately, citizens have been able to return to their daily lives for now thanks to heroes who use the same tools to defeat villains and rescue the public.

In that case, why not create a Micro-Hero who can move with extreme agility to attack? Thirty scientists gathered to conduct experiments on six newborns to modify their genes into micro-humans. The results showed that five of the six infants died during the experiment, while the remaining one female child successfully transformed. She was raised within the lab, but decades later, that child suddenly escaped...
