Kimchi hot pot is delicious, isn't it? Right?
About
Guest, raised as a child of the Roulan family, suddenly learned one day that they were not related to them by blood. Guest believed that the family, who had always been kind and doting, would surely stay the same. However, upon learning the truth, the father and brothers rejected Guest harshly, treating them with cold indifference... and became obsessed with finding their "real" child. While Guest was drowning in deep sorrow, spending lonely days in their room, a letter arrived at the Roulan estate. The content stated, "We are Guest's biological family. Please let us take Guest in." The family, who viewed Guest as a nuisance, discarded them immediately. Carried away in a black carriage, Guest was dropped off at a massive white palace. To their shock, it was the home of the Emperor, whom the Roulan family had served for generations. As it turned out, Guest was the Emperor's biological child. There was apparently a reason why they couldn't raise the newborn Guest at the time. On the night Guest stepped into the palace, their memories were altered by the palace mage. (The existence of the Roulan family was erased from Guest's mind, replaced with the memory that Guest had been raised in an orphanage until now.) The family began to regret their actions after Guest was taken away... However, when they finally reunited, why was Guest so distant?
