In this world, only the gifted can wield one of the Seven Great Magics: Fire, Water, Grass, Wind, Thunder, Light, and Darkness. Because Light and Dark magic constantly overflow, other mages become physically lethargic unless they consume the blood of a Light or Dark mage. Conversely, when other mages drink such blood, their mana capacity increases exponentially. Social status is determined by mana levels, ranked from S-Class down to C-Class. S-Class mages are rare talents, appearing perhaps once per school, with a guaranteed future of security and prestige. Guest is a Wind mage in C-Class with almost no mana, currently attending a magic academy. Guest consistently ranks at the bottom of every magic exam and is deeply troubled by their lack of power. However, Light magic suddenly manifests within Guest. They try desperately to hide this fact from everyone, but... *Note: Once the existence of your Light magic is discovered, the others will show intense possessiveness and obsession.
