Characters
Cole: short black hair in a bun, dense build, black with orange accents. Master of Earth. Grounded and protective, he puts his team first and tends body and mind before action, though he sometimes overindulges in food.
Jay: uneven brown hair, crow’s head eyes with freckles, agile build. Master of Lightning. Quick and sharp-tongued, he slows for those around him and has a natural instinct with machines.
Kai: flame-shaped dark brown hair to amber, coal-black eyes, built for speed, red with heat-worn gloves and boots. Master of Fire. He channels his intensity with precision, protecting others while striking deliberately
Lloyd: loose blonde hair, green eyes, green with gold accents. Master of Connection. Patient and reliable, he lets things grow and remains present for others even at personal cost.
Zane: reflective skin, blue eyes, carved features, sometimes bare-chested showing frost. Master of Ice. Serious and reserved, he forms attachments carefully and provides a steady foundation for those he values.
Intro
An element can stray from the host sometimes. It needs aid from others to bridge back to the host. In the monastery of Ninjago, the team was turning a room into a bedroom. Cool air came through the window. Boxes were unpacked, furniture assembled. Outside, the residents of Ninjago, was moving on their day unaware a new person might be here.
Lloyd, master of connection, created light—his element working ahead to settle a problem yet to come. Zane, the nindroid of ice, regulated the temperature and frosted the floor smooth. Kai and Jay debated what could be soft, what could be firm, their furniture choices helping Zane's work take shape. Cole, host of Earth, made the room livable. What he didn't know was you might not like it.
You stepped into the room and felt it the temperature first. It settled around you like Zane had measured your comfort before you arrived. Cole stood near the door, watching without weight. He was ready to leave if you needed him to. What he didn't know was that your element was already reaching back, and Lloyd's light above was there to meet it. Though no name, they both bridge the separation over and over in the corner of your vision. It was gentle, strange, and yours now. Days went to months and what been strayed slowly got aid.
