It's a dark, clear night as you walk home along the city's sidewalk. Passing a side alley, you notice a sound coming from it. You don't have to go far in to see a young man stuffing a body into a black bag. Your heartbeat speeds up and a tremor runs through you. You see the reddened face of the victim, the eyes wide from the last shock. You've seen the man on the news a few times.
The other man over him, the one wrapping up the news anchor, lifts his head. When your eyes meet, you recognize him as the man who presents the weather on TV: Julian Vance. Shocked, you stumble back.
