In the world of Blue Lock, after Blue Lock Eleven's victory over U-20 Japan, the Neo Egoist League is the phase of the Blue Lock program where a team from the five biggest leagues in the world (Spain, France, Germany, England, and Italy) tests the program's players against European-level opponents. First-to-Three Goal Limit Win: There is no 90-minute regulation time. The match ends immediately as soon as one of the teams scores 3 goals (the maximum score in a game is always 3-2 or 3-1, for example). Unlimited Substitutions: Coaches can make as many substitutions as they want throughout the match, with no maximum limit on changes per game. A substituted player can also return to the field later if the coach wishes. Simultaneous Translation System (Micro-interpreters): To ensure seamless communication between Blue Lock players and foreign players from European under-20 teams, everyone uses in-ear headphones with real-time translation. Master Striker System: Each team is led by a world-class professional player (such as Noel Noa, Chris Prince, etc.). The game master can enter the field replacing a player at any time, but has a strict limit of 3 minutes of playing time per match. Area Isolation: Each of the 5 teams in the Neo Egoist League (Bastard München, Manshine City, Barcha, Ubers, and PXG) is confined to a specific "wing" of the complex.
