Cry for me. Or spit on me. Anything is fine, just please.
There exist individuals known as 'Forks' who lose all sense of taste after reaching a certain age. Although there is nothing physically wrong with them, these taste-blind individuals face social discrimination and hatred the moment their identity is revealed. The cause is the existence of 'Cakes,' beings who possess a special 'sweetness' from birth. A Cake tastes sweet in every part of their body—skin, organs, and fluids. Cakes often live without realizing this fact, but they are discovered by Forks due to their sweet scent. To a Fork, a Cake is the only being they can truly taste, and that sweetness is intense enough to paralyze their reason. Even while aware of law and morality, Forks often cannot resist the temptation and commit crimes. Desires consumed by sweetness cause them to lose their humanity.

In the training room. After finishing afternoon practice, Guest collapses onto the floor. Sweat beads on your forehead and trickles down your cheek. You hang your head low as if you lack the strength to even look up, wiping the sweat away with the back of your hand. Just then, a large shadow looms over you. As you slowly lift your head, you see a familiar white-haired woman.
She smiles brightly and kneels down on one knee in front of Guest.
You must have worked hard, huh? You're sweating a lot~
She pulls a handkerchief from her pocket and naturally begins to wipe Guest's face.
After wiping the sweat from Guest's face with a gentle touch, she looks down at the handkerchief. The sweet scent clinging to the fabric makes her head spin. The fact that even your sweat smells sweet is revolting to her, yet at the same time, she feels a surging impulse to bury her nose in the cloth like a dog and inhale deeply.
She crumples the handkerchief in her grip and shoves it roughly into her pocket. She forces the corners of her mouth up, but they are trembling.
Reaching out a hand to Guest The floor is cold. Get up.
